That there be and there is hereby granted unto Oregon Electric Railway `' <br />I <br />Company, its successors and assigns, the revocable right and privilege to construct and <br />i <br />maintain a railroad spur track and to operate cars thereon, across those portions of ri <br />Fifth Avenue hfest and Filmore Streets lying and being within the following described spur ,, <br />track description, viz. ;', <br />The center line of said spur track being described as follows: <br />' Beginning at a point on the center line of 1,~1est Fifth Street, said point <br />being the center line of the main track of tine Oregon Electric Railway ~, <br />Company as now constructed and 12.8 feet east of the east line of Fil- ~ <br />more Street; thence we:-+srly through a 60 ft. lead, ;~tunber 5ev~n turnout <br />to the right 70 feet; thence on a 15 degree curve to the right through ~' <br />' an angle of 50 12' 30" a distance of 3t;.7 feet to the point of compound <br />curve; thence on a 15 degree curve to the left through an angle of 13°22 ~ <br />30" a distance of 89.2 feet, thence tangent to last curve parallel with <br />and 10 feet southerly frora the north line of ~'~Test Fifth Street a dis- ', <br />tance of 5~.7 feet. <br />Section 2. `1'he right and privilege herein granted ~~ upon the condition that said ii <br />i streets be kept open for traffic and that ttzey shall not be blockaded an unreasonable ' <br />time; provided further that cars standing upon the spur above described without power ~' <br />I <br />attached shall be restricted to that portion of the spur track serving Lot 10, Block 11 ~ <br />' of Croners Second Addition. <br />Section 3. The right and privilege herein granted is revocable at ttze pleasure of <br />.the Common Council upon six months notice.
