Thz.t the Common Council declared that the said construction and the whole ~1 <br />thereof shall be let as one contract and the City Recorder is directed to state in the ~ <br />~i <br />notice to contractors and property owners that said contract will be let in one contract, j~ <br />and to also state therein the time and place vrhen and where bids for the construction of ~~ <br />said sewers will be opened and considered by the Conu*~on Council, and that .at, such time and <br />place propertS- owners may file remonstrances against letting said contract. h <br />~~ <br />Section Lt. That the part) whose bid is accepted for said construction si gn a contract ~~ <br />I~ <br />for said vrork_ within ten days from the time of the receipt by him of the notification of ~, <br />~~ <br />the acceptance of his bid, and the vrork thereon shall be commenced within ten days after ~~ <br />the letting of said contract, and. shall be completed within sixty days thereafter, unless i~ <br />~I <br />an extension of the time therefor be granted by the Common Council. The party whose bid +~ <br />is accepted shall also execute and deliver to the city a good and sufficient bond, with one 4 <br />If <br />~~ <br />or more surities to be approved by the Public ZrTorks Committee of the City, in ar. amount ~~ <br />as securit for the faithful and satis- I~ <br />equal to eighty per cEnt of his contract, price, y ,~ <br />EI <br />factory fulfillment of his contract. <br />Section 5.
