That the party vrhose bid is accepted for said construction sign a con- <br />tract for said work within ten days from the time of the receipt b~* him of the notifica- ~! <br />~l <br />tion of the acceptance of his bid, and the work thereon shall be commenced within ten ii <br />it <br />days after the letting of said contract, and shall be completed Urithin sixty days there- lI <br />j~ <br />after, unless an e~aension of the time therefor be granted by the Common Council.
