<br />An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 8413 of the City of Eugene, entitled:
<br />~'An Ordinance do create or divide the City into Districts vsathin some of
<br />of which it shall be lawful, and within othe rs of vrhich it shall be unlaw-
<br />ful to erect, construct, alter or maintain certain buildings, or to carry
<br />on certain trades or callings, or within which the height and bulk of
<br />future buildings shall be limited, and providing for setback lines, and
<br />providing for a penalty for the violation thereof~~, passed by the Common
<br />Council xpril 8, 1935, and approved by the Mayor April 9, 1935
<br />WHEREAS, under the direction of the Common Council of the City of Euge ne, the City
<br />
<br />Manning Commission has prepared a tentative report and held hearings thereon and has
<br />adopted the tentative report as their final az d permanent report and transmitted the same
<br />to the City Council with recommendation that the same be enacted into an Ordinance;
<br />NOId, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOVI5:
<br />Section 1. That Ordinance No. 8l~13, entitled:

<br />and the same is hereby, amended in the following particulars:

<br />Beginning at a point on the present City limits line of the City of Eugene,
<br />Lane County, Oregon, said point being the intersection of the Nest line of
<br />the alley in Block 35 of College Hill Park Addition in Section 6, Township
<br />18'South, Range 3 'West of the Vdillar~ette Meridian, and the South City
<br />Limits of the City of Eugene;_ thence South along West side of said alley
<br />to the North line of Block 1 of ~^~fest Vievr Addition.; thence West along
<br />North line of said Addition to the T~1est line of the alley in Block l;
<br />thence South along the West line of the alley to the North line of Block
<br />1t in V~(est View Addition; thence tiVesterly along the North line of Block !~
<br />to the property line common between Lots 7 and 10 in Block l~; thence
