~~24 <br /> <br />ORDIrdANCE NO. 9173 <br />An Ordinance levying assessments for the construction of a concrete sidewalk on the <br />- 1rTest side of Filmore Street betvreen Vtest Broadway and Eleventh t~venue test in the City of <br />Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. <br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance No. 9016, passed <br />by the said Common Council on the 9th day of June, 1917, and approved by the Mayor thereof <br />on the lOtY~ day of June, 19l~7, determine to construct a concrete sidewalk on the STest side <br />of Filmore Street between tidest Broadway and Eleventh Avenue blest in the City of Eugene, <br />Lane County, Oregon, and <br />WHEREAS, the improvements above described and designated have been made in accordance <br />with said Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the costs thereof and <br />amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be, <br />Amount paid contractor ~p556.82 <br />~~ Engineering Charge 27.8? <br />Amount assessed -~~ <br />WHEREAS, notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners of the <br />hereinafter designated parcel of real property having been heretofore duly and regularly <br />given and in compliance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1510, passed by the Common <br />Council of the City of Eugene on the 20th day of April, 1914, and approved by the Mayor <br />thereof on the 20th day of April, 197.l~, and the Common Council having heard any and all <br />protests, objections and remonstrances thereto and having heard and fully considered the <br />same . <br />THE CITY 0 F EUGEr1E DOES ORDAIPJ AS FOLLOVTS : <br />Section 1. That the total cost of constructing a concrete sidewalk on the West side <br />of Filmore Street between S'lest Broadway and Eleventh Avenue West in the City of Eugene is <br />the sum of ~581~.66 as aforesaid, which is by this Ordinance assessed against the parcel of <br />property hereinafter described in the amount set opposite, respectively. <br />Section 2. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, does hereby deter- <br />mine and assess each lot and part of lot being in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, to-writ: <br />1. EVA V. BRADIDT: <br />blest 0 feet of rlortYi bald of Lot 10 of the Huddleston Addition to <br />Eugene as platted and recorded at page 398 of Volume Z;~, Lane County <br />Oregon Deed Records, in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. ~ 69.82 <br />2.
