That the City Recorder be, and he is hereby, instructed to give notice <br />~ <br /> ,~ <br />i,~ to contractors and property owners as provided in Sections 52, 53, 54, 55, 5b, 5bB and 57 of thie <br />i <br /> t <br />~, Charter of the City of Eugene, inviting bids for the construction of said sewers as prescribed <br /> in and in conformity to said plans and specifications. <br /> ~~ Section 3.
