That the City Recorder be, and he is hereby, instructed to give notice ~ ,~ i,~ to contractors and property owners as provided in Sections 52, 53, 54, 55, 5b, 5bB and 57 of thie i t ~, Charter of the City of Eugene, inviting bids for the construction of said sewers as prescribed in and in conformity to said plans and specifications. ~~ Section 3.
