<br />An Ordinance levying assessments for the constriction of concrete walks on the East

<br />ti~1HEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance No. 915l~, passed

<br />by the said Common Counci]. on the 10th day of May, 191}8, and approved by the Mayor thereof
<br />on the 11th day of T~~1ay, 191G8, determine to construct, concrete sidewalks on the .East and
<br />West side of Alder Street betvree_n Tv,~enty--sixth and Twenty-seventh Avenue, in the City of
<br />Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and
<br />',~hTLREAS, the improvements above described and designated have been made in accordance
<br />with said Ordinance ark. the lav~r in such case made and provided, and the costs thereof and
<br />amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be,

<br />thereof on the 20th day of April, 191l~, and the Common Council having heard any and all
<br />protests, objections arx]. remonstrances thereto and having heard and fully considered the
