<br />T.~HEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance No. 9153, passed
<br />by the said Common Council on the 10th d_ay of May, 19l~8, and approved by the It~Ia.yor thereof
<br />on the 11th day of ~~ar, 191;8, determine to construct a concrete sidewalk on ,the East side
<br />of !~d_ams Street betVreen Clark and Cheshire twenue, in the City of Eugene, Lane County,
<br />Oregon, and
<br />ti`JHEREAS, the ~.~-nprovements above described and d esignated have been made in accordance
<br />vrlth said Urdinance and the la.w in such case made ar~d provided, and the costs thereof and
<br />amount to be assessed h~rre been ascertained to be,
