<br />An Ordinance levying assessment for the paving on Taylor Street from Eleventh Avenue
<br />West to Tvrelfth Avenue ~"lest, in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon.
<br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance No. 9111, passed by
<br />the said Common Council of the 26th day of April, 19118, and approved b y the Mayor thereof on
<br />the 27th day of April, 19l~8, determine to pave Taylor Street from Eleventh Avenue !Test to
<br />Twelfth Avenue ?Nest, in the City of Eugene, Lane Counter, Oregon, and
<br />WHEREAS, the improvements above described and designated have been made in accordance

<br />vritll said ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the costs thereof and
<br />amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be,

<br />WfiEREAS, notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners of the here-
<br />inafter designated parcel of real property having been heretofore duly and regularly given
<br />and in compliance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1510, passed by the Common Council
<br />of the City of, Eugene on the 20th day of April, 1911, and approved by the Mayor thereof on
<br />the 20th day of April, 1911, and the Common Council having heard any and all protests, .object-
<br />ions and remonstrances thereto and having heard and fully considered the same.
<br />T~ CITY OF EUG~~ JE DOES ORDAIPJ AS FOLLOWS:
<br />Section 1. That the total cost of paving Taylor Street from Eleventh Avenue West to
<br />Twelfth Avenue V7es t, in the City of Eugene, is the sum of $3,998.38, as aforesaid, which is
<br />by this Ordinance assessed against the parcel of property hereinafter described in the amount
<br />se.t opposite, respectively.
<br />Section 2. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, does hereby deter-
<br />mine and assess each lot and part of lot being in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, to-wit:
