<br />An Ordinance levying assessment for the paving of Kincaid Street from Trrentyfifth Avenue
<br />to ~~rentyeighth Avenue, in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon.
<br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance No. 90l~8, passed by
<br />the said Common L'ouncil on the 25th day of August, 197, and approved by the mayor thereof
<br />on the 26th day of August, 197, determine to pave Kincaid Street from Twentyfifth Avenue to
<br />Twrentyeighth Avenue, in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and
<br />V~I-IEREAS, the improvements above described and designated have been made in accordance

<br />with said Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the costs thereof and
<br />amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be,
<br />Amount paid contractor ~ 25,353.2
<br />5% Engineering Charge 1,267.66
<br />Amount Assessed ~ 26,620.90
<br />1"lHEREAS, notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners of the here-
<br />inafter designated parcel of real property having been heretofore duly and regularly given and
<br />in compliance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1510, passed by the Common Council of the
<br />City of Eugene on the 20th day of April, 191, and approved by th Mayor thereof on the 20th
<br />day of April, 191l~, and the Common Council having heard any and alI protests, objections and
<br />remonstrances thereto and having heard and fully considered the same,

<br />Section 1. That the total cost of paving I'~incaid Street from ~~rentyfifth Avenue to
<br />Twentyeighth t~venue in the City of Eugene is the sum of X26,620.90 as aforesaid, which is by
<br />this Ordinance assessed against the parcel of property riereinafter described in the amount
<br />set opposite, respectively.
<br />Section 2. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, does hereby determine
<br />and assess each lot and part of lot be~_ng in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, to-vrit:
