<br />An Ordinance levying assessment for the paving of Harris Place, in the City of Eugene,
<br />Lane County, Oregon.
<br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by, Ordinance No. 9064, passed by
<br />the said Common Council on the 14th day of October, 1947, and approved by the Mayor thereof
<br />~ on the 15th day of October, 1948, determine to pave Harris Place, in the City of Eugene, Lane
<br />County, Oregon, and
<br />V'JHEREAS, the improvements above described and designated have been made in accordance
<br />with said ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the costs thereof and
<br />amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be,
<br />Amount paid contractor ~ 2264.25
<br />- 5% Engineering charge 113.21
<br />Amount Assessed $~ 2377.46
<br />WHEREAS, notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners of the here-
<br />inafter desi gnated parcel of real property having been heretofore duly and regularly given
<br />and in compliance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1510, passed b y the Common Council of
<br />the City of Eugene on the 20th day of April, 1914, and approved by the Mayor the reof on the
<br />i
<br />~ 20th day of April, 1914, and the Common Council having heard andy and all protests, objections
<br />and remonstrances thereto and having heard and fully considered the same.
<br />_ THE CITY OF EUGEPIE DOE5 ORDAITI AS FOLLOWS:
<br />Section 1. That the total cost of paving n.~rris Place, in the City of Eugene , is the
<br />sum of ?2,377.46, as aforesaid, which is by this Ordinance assessed against. t~ parcel of
<br />' property hereinafter described in the amount set opposite, respectively.
<br />' Section 2. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, does hereby
