<br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eu€;ene did by Ordinance No. 91.12, passed by
<br />the said Common Council on the 7th Day of march, 1918, and approved by the ~Jayor thereof on the
<br />8th day of march, 19!18, determine to pave Tyler Si;reet from Thirteenth to Fifteenth Avenue,
<br />in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and '
<br />WHEREAS, the improvements above described and designated have been made in accordance ~~I
