<br />An Ordinance levying assessment for the paving of the alley betVreen Ferry and Patterson
<br />Street from Eleventh to Twelfth Avenue, in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon.
<br />PJHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eu~,ene did by Ordinance No. 9105, passed by
<br />the said Common Council on the 2l~th day of February, 1948, and approved by the Mayor thereof
<br />on the 25th day of February, 1918, determine to pave the alley between Ferry and Patterson
<br />Street from Eleventh to Twelfth Avenue, in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and
<br />V~f~;REA5, the improvements above described and designated have been made iri accordance
<br />with said Ordinance and the law in such case rr~,..de and provided, and the costs thereof and
<br />amount to be assessed haG e been ascertained to be,

<br />WHEREAS, notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owne rs of the
<br />hereinafter designated parcel of real property having been heretofore duly and regularly
<br />gi~2n and in compliance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1510, passed by the Common Council
<br />of the City of Eugene on the 20th day of April, 1911,, and approved by the 1~Iayor thereof on
<br />the 20th da~~T of April, 191l~, and the Common Council having heard any and all protests, object-
<br />ions and remonstrances thereto and having heard and fully c;ons5_dered the same,
<br />THE CITY OF .PCTGENE DOES f~R~3AIN AS FOLLOWS:
<br />Section 1. That the total cost of ~x~vin~; the alley between Ferry and Patterson Street
<br />from Eleventh to Twelfth 1lvenue, in the City of Eugene, is ~y2614.25, as aforesaid, which is
<br />by this Ordinance assessed against the parcel of property hereinafter described in the amount
<br />set oppos ite , respectively.
<br />~ Section 2. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, does hereby deter-

<br />mine and assess each lot and part of lot being in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, to-wit:
