<br />l"JHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordin~~:ce Pdo. 90611, passed by
<br />the said Common Council on the 111th day of-October, 1g1T7, and approved by the Mayor thereof ~

<br />on the 15th day of October, 1g1T7, determine to pave Tv;entyfour~th to 'i'v~rentyeighth Avenue, in
<br />the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and ~

<br />~"THREAS, the improvemfnts above described and designated have been made in accordance with
<br />said Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the costs thereof and amount to
<br />be assessed have been ascertained to be,

<br />Amount Assessed $p~ 27,795.72
<br />WHEREAS, notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners of the here-
<br />inafter designated parcel of real property having been heretofore duly and regularly given
<br />and in compliance vrith the t:~rovi_sions of Ordinance P1n. 1510, passed by the Common Council of
<br />the City of Eu€;ene on the 20th day oi' April, lgl1;, and approved by the ~,4ayor thereof on the
<br />20th day of April, 1g11T, and the Common Council having heard any and all protests, objections
<br />and remonstrances thereto and having heard and fully considered the same,

<br />Section 1. That the total_ cost of paving Harris, Twentyfourth to `i~ventyeighth Avenue,
<br />in the City of Eugene, is w27,795.72, as aforesaid, which is by this Ordinance assessed against
<br />the parcel of property hereinafter described in the amount set opposite, respectively.
<br />Section 2. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, does hereby determine
<br />and assess each lot and part of .lot being in tugene, Lane County, Ore€;on, to-wit:
