<br />An Ordinance levying assessment for the construction of a sanitary sewer on the East side
<br />of ':~~Vashi~Zgton Street between Tvrentythird and Ttiventyfourth Avenue, in the City of Eugene, Lane
<br />County, Oregon.
<br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance No. 9229, passed by
<br />the said Common Council on the 27th day of September, and approved by the mayor on the 28th
<br />day of September, 1948 , determine to c ons true t a s anitary s evrer on the East side o f Wa shi ngton
<br />Street between Twentythird and `IYrentyfourth Avenue, in the City of EuE.ene, Lane County, Oregon,
<br />and
<br />'WHEREAS, the improvements above described and designated have been made in accordance
<br />with said Ordinance and. the law in such case made and provided, and tree costs thereof and
<br />mount to be assessed have been ascertained to be,

<br />City of Eugene on the 20th day of April, 1914, and approved by the i1Ta,yor thereof on the 20th
<br />day of April, 1914, and the Common Council having heard any and all protests, objections and
<br />remonstrances thereto and having heard and fully considered the same,

<br />pert .r hereinafter described in the amount set opposite, respectively.
