<br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did b~T Ordinance No. 9176, passed by
<br />the said Common Council on the 28th day of June, 1948, and approved b„y the It~layor thereof on the
<br />29th day of June, 1948, determine to pave Twentyfirst Avenue from Jefferson to Madison
<br />Street, in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and
<br />V~iEREAS, the improvements above described and designated have been made in accordance
<br />~ with said Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the costs thereof
<br />and amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be,

<br />Section 2. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, does hereby determine
