<br />An Ordinance amending Ordinance P1o. 9188 of the City of Eugene, entitled: ~-An
<br />Ordinance to create or divide the City into districts within some of which it shall
<br />be lawful, and tivithin others of vrhi ch it shall b e unlawful to erect, construct,
<br />alter, or maintain certain buildin~sm or to carry on certain trades or callings;
<br />to. limit the hei ght and bulk of future buildings; to provide for setback lines,
<br />size of yards, aild other open spaces; to establish minimum lot sizes; to provide
<br />for automobile parking facilities; to provide for the enforcement, adjustment, and
<br />amendment thereof; and to prescribe. penalties for tis vi olati_on i_n the City of
<br />Eugene, Oregon; and to repeal ordinance Pdo. 8413 and all amendments thereto, and
<br />Ordinances 6992, 8693,8100.". passed by the, Common Council June 28, 1948, and approved
<br />bar the I!4avo r June 2q, 1948 .

<br />WI~REAS, under the direction of the Common Council of the City of Eugene, the .City
<br />Planning Commission has prepared a tentative report and held hearings theron and
<br />has adopted the tentative report as their final .and permanent report and transmitted
<br />the same to the City Council with recommenda~.on that the sane be enacted into an
<br />Ordinance;
<br />.NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN ;~15 FOLUJVfS:

<br />Commencing at the intersection of the South line of 22nd Avenue VVest~ and the
<br />V~esterly City Limits of the City of Eugene running thence South along the West
<br />line of College Hill Parl: Addition to the North line of Block A of College Hill Park
<br />Addition, thance VTesterly along the idorth line of Block A College Hill Park and the
<br />North line of Block 1, 2, and 3 of Storey Subdivision, thence Plorth along the East
<br />line of Friendly Street to the South line of 22nd Avenue Vfest, thence East along the South
<br />line of 22nd Avenue West to the point of beginning, being that portion East of Friendly
<br />Street of the Friendly Street annexation to Eugene voted on November 2, 148.

<br />to the SM1'est line of Tyler Street, thence North along the East line of the Munic-
<br />ipal Airpark 900 feet, thence East to the Vlest line of Friendly Street, thence
<br />South along the Vtest line of Friendly Street to the Southwest corner of 24th
<br />Avenue and Friendly Street and the point of beginning being that portion West of
<br />Friendly Street of the Friendly Street annexation voted on November 2, 1948.
