<br />ORDINATICE N0. 9266
<br />An Ordinance amending Ordinance PJo. 9188 of the City of Eugene, entitled; !~An
<br />Ordinance to create or divide the City into districts within some of vrhich it shall
<br />be lawful, and within others of ~~zich it shall be unlawful to erect, construct,
<br />alter, or maintain certain b~zildings, or to carry on certain trades or callings;
<br />to limit the height and bulk of future buildings; tp provide for setback lir_es,
<br />size of yards, and other open spaces; to establish minimum lot sizes; to provide
<br />for automobile parking facilities; to provide for the enforcement, adjustment, and
<br />amendment thereof; and to prescribe penalties for its violation ,n the City of
<br />Eugene, Oregon; and to _~•repeal ordinance PJo. 8l~13 and all amendments theretto, and
<br />Ordinances 6992, 8693, 8i00.~~ passed by the Common Council June 28, 1948, and
<br />approved b,y the r~.4ayor June 29, 1y48.
<br />UiHENEAS, under the direction of the Common Council of the City of Eugene, the

<br />City Flanning Commission has prepared a tentative report and held hearings thereon and has
<br />adopted the tentative report as their final and permanent report and transmitted the same
<br />to the City Council with recommendation that the same not be enacted into an Ordinance,
<br />hovrever, the Common Council having voted to snot £ollovr said recommendation;

<br />Section 1. That Ordinance A1o. 9188, entitled:
<br />~~An Ordinance to create or divide the City into districts within some of vrhich it

<br />passed by the Commons Council June 28, 1948,.and approved by the Mayor June 29, 1948, be,
<br />and the same is hereby, amended in the following particulars;
<br />That the classification of;
<br />Lots 6 and 7 in Block 3 of the Plummer Addition to Eugene, Lane county, Oregon, as
<br />platted and recorded on page 34 of volume 10, Lane County Oregon Plat Records.
<br />be and the same is hereby designated as C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District.
<br />Section 2. That the City F~ngineer be, and he is hereby, directed to cause the map

<br />attached to Ordinance No. 9188 to show the foregoing change of classification of areas
<br />and to note thereon the rule vrith respect to buildings in the appropriate classification.
