<br />the said Common Council on the 10th day of N1ay, 1y48, and approved by the 'mayor thereof on the
<br />11th day of Ma:1, 1948, determine to pave 'uVashington Street from Nineteenth to Tvrentyfourth
<br />Avenue, in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and
<br />ti~IHENl?AS, the improvement above described and designated have been made in accordance
<br />with said Ordinance and the lavr in such case made and provided, and the cos is the reof and
<br />amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be,

<br />assessed against the parcel of property hereinafter described in the amount set opposite,

<br />Section 2 . That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, does hereby determine
<br />and assess each lot and part of lot being in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, to-wit:
