<br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance No . 9183, passed by it

<br />the said Common Council on the 28th day of June, 19l~8, and approved by the P,4auTOr thereof

<br />~ on the 29th day of June, 1918, determine to pave and make sidewalks on Kincaid Street from ;I
<br />Twent,yei ghth Avenue to Tvdentvninth Avenue, in the City of Eu~ne, Lane County, Oregon, and !~

<br />i WHEREAS,. the improvements above described and designated have been made in accordance I'

<br />with said Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and the costs thereof end ;!

<br />i eighth Avenue to Twentyninth Avenue, in the City of Eugene, is X7,969.56, as aforesaid, which ',j
<br />' is by this Ordinance assessed against the parcel of property hereinafter described in the ~'
