<br />$n Ordinance amending Ordinance No, 9188 of the City of Eugene, entitled:
<br />"An Ordinance ~o createl or divide the city into districts within some of which it shall
<br />be lawful, and wi±hin others of w h~.ch it shall be unlawful to erect, construct, alter,
<br />or maintain certain buildings, or to carry on certain trades or call3.ngs; to limit
<br />the he:~ht and bulk of future buildings; to provide for setbac£c lines, size of yards,
<br />and other open s~ces; to establish minimum lot sizes; to provide for automobile parking
<br />facilities; to provide for the enforcement , a djustment, and amendment thereof; a.nd t~
<br />prescribe penalties for..its. '.violation iri the City of Eugene, Oregon; and to repeal
<br />Ordinance No. 81113 and all_ ar, endmexits thereto, and Ordinances 6992, 8693, 8700.
<br />WHL'REAS, under the direction of the Common Council of the City of Eugene, the City
<br />Planning Cn~nmis~ion has prepared a tentative report and held hearings thereon a1d has
<br />adopted the tentative report as their final and permanent report and transmitted the same
<br />to the City Council vrith recommendation that the same be enacted into an Ordinance;

<br />Section 1. That Onlinance No. 9188, entitled:
<br />'~An Ordinance to create ox~ivde the City into districts vi thin score of which it shall
<br />be lavrful, and within ot}-:b..rs of which it shall be unlawful to erect, construct, al ter,
<br />or maintain certain buildings, or to carry on certain trades or callings; to limit
<br />the height and bulk of future buildings; to provide for setback lines, size of ;bards,

<br />parking facilitiesr; to provide for the enforcement adjustment, and amendment thereof;
<br />and to prescribe penalties for its violation in t he City ~ of Eugene, Oregon; and to
<br />repeal Ord ~ nance No. 81113 and all an endments the reto, and Ordinances 6992, 8693, 8700. ~~
