<br />~.. WHEREAS, under the direction of the common council of the City of Eugene, the City Planning
<br />Commission has prepared a tentative report and held hearings thereon and has adopted the tentative
<br />...,
<br />report as their final and ~rmanent report and transmitted the same to the City Council with
<br />recommendation that the sane. be enacted into an Ordn~ce.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE ,THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FULLO~'~S:
<br />Section 1. That Ordinance No. 9188, entitled:
<br />r~An Ordinance to create or divide the City into districts within score of which it shall !I
<br />be lawful, and within otihers of -which it shall be unlawful to erect, construct, alter, or
<br />maintian certain t~uildings, or to carry on certain trades or calli ngs; to limit the height
<br />and bulk of future buildings; to provide for setback lines, size of yards, and other open
<br />spaces; to establish minimum lot sizes; to provide for automobile parking facillities; ~'
<br />to provide for the enforcement, adjustment, and amendment thereof; and to prescribe I
<br />..:.penalties for its violation in the City of Eugene, Oregon; and to repeal Of°dinance No. 8413 ,f
<br />arri all amendments thereto, and Ordinances 6992, 8693, 8700.~r I~
<br />Ea.ssed by the Common Council June 28, 1948, and ;approved by the Mayor June 29, 1948, be, and
<br />the same is hereb~;~, amended in the following particulars;
<br />That the classification of
<br />Lot 2, 3, 6, and 7 in block 3 of Christians Addition. (Being the West one-half of block
<br />3 between 12th ,Avenue and 13th Avenue on the East Side of Oak Street).
<br />Be and the sane is hereby designated as C-3 Central Business District.
<br />That tâ˘1e Clas sificatirn of:
<br />The Vilest 80 feet of Lot 7, block !~ of Chri.~tians Addition. (Being the Northeast corner of
<br />13th and Pearl)
<br />Be and the same is hereby designated as C-3 Central Business District.
<br />That the classification of:
<br />The area from Tyler Street to Polk Stree t between 13th Avenue and lsth Avenue .
<br />Be and the same is hereby designated as R-1 single Family Rdsidential District.
<br />Section 2. That the City Engineer be, and Yie is hereby, directed to cause the map attached
<br />to Ordinance No. 9188 to shairt the foregoing change of classification of areas and to note theiE- II
