Due to time constraints the group was unable to have the discussion. <br /> <br /> · Bond measure <br /> · Mayor's Economic Development Committee Recommendations <br /> · Park, Recreation and Open Space Master Plan <br /> · Santa Clara land swap <br /> <br />Day One Debrief <br /> <br />What Went Well? What Could have been better? <br />Grateful to have conversations we would Disappointed with process - don't want to <br />not have at a regular meeting just reinforce things we are already doing - <br /> want to focus more on unique Council <br /> Goals (x2) <br />Dinner was good! Things got vetoed that are important and <br /> unique <br />Think it can be helpful to state positions on Need to really focus on some key things <br />issues - foundational for important work <br />Even if obvious to move from 1 to 39 <br />potential goals is very positive <br />See some new initiatives on the list <br />Pleased to get a sense of new members <br />Very helpful! Opportunity to get to <br />understand one another <br />Good to know some items we are <br />spending lots of time on are in fact <br />priorities <br />Very beneficial to staff <br />Culling process was interesting - good to <br />know people don't like things; not just that <br />something died for lack of support <br />Good for Council and Executives to mix in <br />a different session <br />Appreciated start time to accommodate <br />individual schedules. <br /> <br />Management Partners, Inc. <br /> <br /> <br />
