<br />Vdhereas, under tho direction of the Commor~n Council of The City of Eugene, the City
<br />Planning Commission has prepared a tenta,i-;e report and held ~~eaxings thereon and has j

<br />admpted the tentative report n,s their final ~r.d rermanent report and transmitted. the same
<br />to the City Council with the recommer.?d~,tion that the same he enacted into an Ordinance, ~

<br />Now, therefore, the City of Eun•ene does ordain ss follows:
<br />Section 1. That O.rd.inance No. 918, entitled: i
<br />"An ordinance to c reate or divide the city into districts within some of vrhich it shall
