<br />An Ordinance amending Ordinance X10. 9188 of the Cit;,r of Eugene, entitled: "An Ordinance
<br />to create o.r divide the City into Districts :vithin some of yTllich it shal_1 be lawful,

<br />certain buildings, or to carry or.c~rtain rades or callings; to limit the height and
<br />bulk of future buildings; to provide for set-back lines, size of yards, and other oven
<br />spaces; to estarlish minimum lot sizes; to provide for ,a.utomobile narking facilities;
<br />to provide for the enforcement, adjustment, and. amendment thereof; and to vrescrihe
<br />penalties for its viol_atinn in the CitT~ of Eugene, Oregon; and to repeal Ordinance No.
<br />8413 and all_ amendments thereto, and (7rdinances 5992, 859,3, 8700. ", pa.ssE~d by the
<br />Corrmlon Council June 28, 1948, and a~vroved by the ~!iayor June 29, 1948.
<br />~hereas, under the direction of the Common Council of the City of Eugene, the City
<br />Planning Commission has vrevared a tentative rep~~rt aad.held hearings thereon and h«s
<br />adopted the tentative report as t. heir final and permanent report and transmitted the same
<br />to the City Council with the recommendats_on. that the same be enacted into an Ordinance,
<br />Now, ther. efore, the City o.f Eugene doP,S ordain as fol]_ows:
<br />Section 1.. That Ordinance T?o. 5188, ent , tl.ed:

<br />be, and the same is hereby, amended i.n the following p:~rticulars:
<br />That the classification of:
<br />The block bounded on the North ?~y 15th Avenue on the South by 17th Avenue; on
<br />the East by Olive Street; and on the ~^~est by Charneltor Street. .
<br />Re and the same is hereh-- designated as R-2 T~~do Family Residential District.
<br />That the cla.ssifica.tion of:
