<br />An Ordinance levying assessments for the construction of a sewer in the alley between
<br />Harris and Potter Street from Twentyeighth Avenue t~> Twehtyninth Avenue in the City of Eugene,
<br />Lane County, Oregon.
<br />WHEREAS, the Common Counci:'. of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance A1o. 9285, passed by
<br />said Common Council on the 28th day of March, 19119, and approved by the Mayor thereof on the
<br />29th day of March, 19119, deter~ine to construct a sewer in the alley be tween Hargis and
<br />Potter Street from Twentyeighth Ave nue to Twentyninth Avenue, in the City of Eugene, Lane
<br />County, Oregon; and
<br />WHEREAS, the improvement above dewcribed and designated has been made in accordance w itYr
<br />the said Ordinance and the law in such case made and provided, and tYie costs thereof and.

<br />WHEREAS, Notice of the proposed assessment to the otimer s andreputed owners of the here-
<br />inafter designated parcels of real property having been heretofore duly and regularly given
<br />and in compliance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1510, passed by the Common Council
<br />of the City of Eugene on the 20th day of April, 19111, and arbroved by the Mayor thereof
<br />on the 20th day of April, 191!1, and the Common Council having heard any and all protests,
<br />objections and remonstrances thereto and having fully considered the same.
<br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORI~'AIN AS FOLLO'NS:
<br />Section 1. That the total cost of constructing a sewer in the alley between Harris
<br />and Potter Street from Twentyeighth Avenue to Twentyninth Avenue, in the City of Eugene,
<br />is the sum of X1,226.89, as aforesaidm which is by t~~~.is ordinance assessed ai^~ainst the pa.r-
<br />eels of property hereinafter descrired in the amounts set o-~nositd, respectively.
<br />Section 2. That the Common Council o_f. the City of Eugene, Oregon, does hereby determine
<br />and assess each l.~t and part of lot being in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon to-wit:
