The decision of the city council may be reviewed only <br /> upon a petition in the circuit court of Lane County filed within 15 days <br /> after the date of the city council's decision. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Sections 2.1200, 2.1205, 2.1210, 2.1215, 2.1220, 2.1225, 2.1230, <br />2.1240, 2.1245, 2.1250, AND 2.1255 of the Eugene Code, 1971 are repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The findings attached as Exhibit A hereto are adopted in support of <br />this action. <br /> <br /> Section 4. The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the concurrence of the <br />City Attorney, is authorized to administratively correct any reference errors contained <br />herein or in other provisions of the Eugene Code, 1971, to the provisions added, <br />amended or repealed herein. <br /> <br /> Section 5, The revisions contained herein are based on, and consistent with the <br />Oregon Public Contracting Code (ORS Chapters 279A, 279B and 279C), which will <br />become effective on March 1, 2005.
