<br />An Ordinance levying assess e nts for the constructi;n of a c nerete sidewalk on the South
<br />side of Nineteenth Avenue between Willamette and Oak Street in the City of Eugene, Oregon.
<br />WHEREAS, the Co mmon Council of the City of Eugene did b,y Ordinance No. 9347, passed by
<br />said Common Council on the 23rd day of t~bay, 199, and approved by the Mayor thereof on the
<br />21~th d.ay of R4ay, 19l~9, determine to construct a concrete sidewalk on the South side of Nine-
<br />teenth Avenue between Willamette and Oak Street, in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon;

<br />"uHEREAS, the improvement above described and designated has been made in accordance with ~,
