<br />An Ordinance leering assessments for the construction of a concrete sidewalk on the East
<br />side of Hilyard Street betweem Twentytnird~.and Twenthfourth Avenue, in the City of Eugene, Lane
<br />County, Ore gon,
<br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Ordinance No. 9349, passed by
<br />the Common Council on the 23rdday of n.4ay, 1949, and a^nroved by the I!4ayor thereo.~ on the 24th
<br />day of May, 1949, determine to construct a concrete sidewalk on the East Side of Hilyard Street
<br />between Twentythird and TwentjTfourth A` enue in the CitjT o.f Eugene, Lane County, Oregon; and
<br />WHEREAS, .the improvement above described and designated has teen made in accordance with
<br />said Ordinance and the law in such case made a.nd provided, and the costs thereof and amount
<br />to be assessed have been ascertained to. re,

<br />WHEREAS, notice of the proposed assessment to the ovaners and r~;nuted ov~mers of the herein-
<br />after designated pardels of_ real property having been he retofore duly and regularly given and
<br />incompliance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1510, gassed by the Common Council of the
<br />City of Eugene on the 20th day of ,April, 1914, and approved by the Mayor thereof on the 20th
<br />day of April, 1914, and the Corunon Council having heard any a1d all protests, objections and
<br />remonstrances therdto and h~-a.ving ful]_y considered the same.

<br />Section 1. That the tota]_ cost ~~f constructing a concrete sidewalk on the East side of

<br />of '538.92 as aforesaid, ti^,hich is by this ordinance assessed against the -parcels of nronerty
<br />hereinafter described in the amounts set opposite, respectively.
<br />Section 2. That the Common Council :~f the City of. Eugene, Oregon.; does h~= reby determine
<br />and. assess each lot and past of each lot being in Eu~_ene, Lane, County,. Oregon, to-wit:
