<br />said Common Council on the 9th ;~.ay of August, 191.18, and a°~roved by the mayor thereof on the.
<br />10th day of .August, 131.18, determine to construct a concrete sidetival k on the Norte: side of Tw
<br />Twentyfourth Avenue between Hilyard and Alder Str^et, in the City of Eugene, -'ape Co~znty,
<br />Oregon; and
<br />WHEREAS, the improvement above described and designated has been made in accord~.nce with
<br />said Ordinance and the lativ in such case made and provided, and the costs thereof and amount
<br />to e assessed have been ascertained to be,

<br />of on the 20th day of .Apri.l,191l~, and the Com~:E-n Council having heard any and all protest,
<br />objections and remons~rances thereto and ha~,ing fully c:nsidered the same.

<br />X769.51, aforesaid, whicia is by this ordinance assessed ag~i.nst the parcels of. property here-
<br />inafter described in the amounts set opposite,. respectively.
<br />Section 2. That the Common Co ncil of the City of Eugene, Gregnn does hereby determine
<br />and assess each lot and rar t of lot being in Eugene, Lane County, Ores-on, to-wit:
