(1) <br />Implement the Metro Planand other applicable plans by providing areas that <br />will conserve and preserve a variety of parks, recreation areas, and open <br />spaces to maintain livability of the <br />Section 6 <br />.The introductory paragraph of Section 9.2620 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is <br />amended to provide as follows: <br />9.2620PRO Zone Terms. <br />The determination of park classification shall be based on <br />Eugene’s applicable parks plan, or in the absence of a plan,by the city manager. <br />As used with reference to this zone, unless the context requires otherwise, the <br />following words and phrases mean: <br />Section 7 <br />.The entries for “Main Building” and “Main Building on Alley Access Lot” in the <br />“Maximum Building Height” section of Table 9.2750 of the Eugene Code, 1971, and the <br />“Maximum Lot Coverage” section title of that Table, are amended to provide as follows: <br />Table 9.2750 Residential Zone Development Standards <br />(See EC 9.2751 Special Development Standards for Table 9.2750.) <br />R-1R-1.5R-2R-3R-4 <br />Maximum Building Height (2), (3), (4), (5), (16), (17), (18) <br />Main Building.
