In addition to the provisions in EC <br />9.7010 Application Filing, an application for annexation shall include the following: <br />(8) <br />A list of the public service districts presently providing services to the land <br />proposed for annexation (See EC 9.7835). <br />(9) <br />A written narrative addressing the proposal’s consistency with the approval <br />criteriaset out at EC 9.7825. <br />Section 22 <br />.Subsection (1) of Section 9.8005 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to <br />provide as follows: <br />9.8005Applicability and Effect of Application Requirements, Criteria, and Concurrent <br />Review. <br />(1) <br />Additional provisions addressing the applicability of sections 9.8000 through <br />9.8865 are found in EC 9.2000 through 9.3980, which identify various uses <br />that require approval of a particular land use application. Land use <br />applications referred to in EC 9.8000 through 9.8865 are subject to the <br />procedural requirements in EC 9.7000 through 9.7835, Application <br />Procedures, and any additional requirements of EC 9.8000 through 9.8865. <br />To the extent there is a conflict, the provisions in EC 9.8000 through 9.8865 <br />control. <br />Ordinance -Page 7of 15 <br />
