Welcome and Introductions <br /> <br />Council President Bonny Bettman welcomed those present, and introduced other members of the council and <br />outgoing Mayor Jim Torrey and outgoing councilors Nancy Nathanson and Scott Meisner. <br /> <br />ii. Musical Selection <br /> <br />Those present heard a musical selection by violinists James and Joshua Harmon. <br /> <br />iii. Convening Council Meeting <br /> <br />Mayor James D. Torrey called the City Council meeting to order. <br /> <br />IV. Recognition of Outgoing Councilors <br /> <br />Mayor Torrey recognized the long-time contributions of outgoing councilors Nancy Nathanson and Scott <br />Meisner. <br /> <br />V. Administration of the Oath of Office <br /> <br />City Recorder Mary Feldman administered the oath of office to incoming councilors Andrea Ortiz and Chris <br />Pyror. She administered the oath of office to incoming Mayor Kitty Piercy. <br /> <br />VI.
