<br /> Road region of north Eugene, south of Beltline Road, west of
<br /> River Road, north of Freemont Avenue, east of Hemlock Street,
<br /> south of Armstrong Avenue, west of Maywood Street, and more
<br /> particularly described on Exhibit E attached hereto and
<br /> incorporated herein by reference (Higgins, EC EU 04-21 }

<br />is hereby withdrawn from the River Road Water District and River Road Parks & Recreation
<br />Districh effective July 1, 2005.

<br />District, effective July 1, 2005.
