<br />a) Increase the budgeted Beginning Working Capital by $106,252
<br />and increase Balance Available by the same amount. This adjustment brings the FY17 Budgeted Beginning
<br />Working Capital in compliance with the audited FY16 actual revenues and expenditures as determined by Isler &
<br />Company, LLC, the City's external auditor.
<br />b) Increase Intergovernmental revenue in the amount of $13,930 from Healthcare Preparedness
<br />Program 2016 - Hostile Actor grant and increase Fire and Emergency Medical Services Department operating
<br />appropriations by the same amount. Increase Charges for Services revenue by $73,240 from the City of Springfield
<br />for logistical services, materials and supplies used by the City of Springfield fire personnel and increase the Fire and
<br />Emergency Medical Services Department operating appropriations by the same amount.
<br />c) Increase Charges for Services revenue by $65,000 for revenue received from the
<br />City of Springfield for medic unit supplies, increase Fire and Emergency Medical Services Department operating
<br />appropriations by $277,000 for the contract with City of Springfield to provide services ($135,000), medic supplies
<br />($65,000), trial program to increase medic capacity ($50,000) and trial triage car program ($27,000) and decrease
<br />balance available by $212,000.
