The City of Eugene requires Crreenway Permits for any activity in the <br /> Willamette Greenway involving intensification of use, change in use, or <br /> development. <br /> <br /> b. The City of Springfield requires a Discretionary Use Permit for any change <br /> or intensification of use, or construction that has a significant visual <br /> impact in the Willamette Greenway Overlay District, which is combined <br /> with a "Greenwa¥ Setback Line." <br /> <br /> c.
