The Right-to-Know user-friendly website, <br />http://www.ci.eugene.or, us/toxics/, is being visited in ever-increasing numbers: <br /> 1999-early 2000 About 300 visits/month <br /> later 2000-2001 About 700 visits/month <br /> 2002 About 1,400 visits/month <br /> 2003 1,500-2,000 visits/month <br /> <br /> 4. The data on the website easily lend themselves to big-picture analysis (see <br />the February 2004 report, "Toxics Right-to-Know Program Five Year Data-base <br />Summary Report: 1998-2002). Numerous businesses have significantly reduced their <br />toxics releases since the program began <br /> <br /> 5.
