The concept <br />of closing several crossings has been discussed at Whittaker Area neighborhood meetings. <br /> <br />th <br />Based on the area served, street classification and traffic volume, Van Buren, 8 at Hilyard and <br />High Streets are the most critical crossings to keep open. Pearl would have the next highest <br />value. <br /> <br />Of the six clustered crossings Madison and Lincoln are the most likely candidates for closure. <br />Jefferson, in spite of being classified as a collector, is the next most likely candidate for full <br />closure. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
