<br />,~ . <br /> <br />2,8 County and Cities shall provide the Consultant with public data pertinent to their <br />commercial and industrial lands inventories as contained in City and County <br />records. <br /> <br />2.9 County shall keep the Cities and Metro informed of the Consultant's progress <br />through each 'stage of the- required work-tasks an"d project schedule. <br /> <br />2.10 County shall coordinate with the Consultant and convene information sessions <br />with the Cities and Metro on a need basis as required in the project schedule. <br /> <br />2.11 County, Cities and Metro shall provide representatives to serve on a Technical <br />Advisory Committee (hereinafter, TAC) and shall share equally in the evaluation <br />and direction of the Consultant's required work tasks and project schedule <br />pursuant to.the-WAD. <br /> <br />2.12 Upon receiving advice from the TAC regarding the performance by the <br />Consultant, County shall process Consultant's billings for services and distribute <br />payments as determined appropriate by the County. <br /> <br />3. FINANCIAL MATTERS <br /> <br />3.1 Springfield agrees to fund up to $15,000 contribution to a $60,000 Commercial <br />and Industrial Buildable Lands Inventory Within the Jurisdictions of the City of <br />Springfield, City of Eugene, Metro Plan Boundary, and Unincorporated Rural <br />Lane County. However, the funds contributed by the City shall not be used for <br />work so'ely related to lands outside the Metro Plan boundary. <br /> <br />3.2 Eugene agrees to fund up to $15,000 in contingency funds for the $60,000 <br />Commercial and Industrial Buildable Lands Inventory Within the Jurisdictions of <br />the City of Springfield, City of Eugene, Metro Plan Boundary, and Unincorporated <br />Rural Lane CountYe However, the funds contributed by the City shall not be used <br />for work solely related to lands outside the Metro Plan boundary. <br /> <br />3.3 Lane County agrees to fund up to $12,500 of a $60,000 Commercial and <br />Industrial Buildable Lands Inventory Within the Jurisdictions of the City of <br />Springfield, City of Eugene, Metro plan Boundary, and Unincorporated Rural <br />Lane County <br /> <br />3.4 Metro agrees to fund up to $17,500 of a $60,000 Commercial and Industrial <br />Buildable Lands Inventory Within the Jurisdictions of the City of Springfield, City <br />of Eugene, Metro Plan Boundary, and Unincorporated Rural Lane County <br /> <br />3.5 Within 30 days of execution of this agreement, Eugene, Springfield and Metro will <br />advance to County their respective shares of the funding~ In the event that the <br />Commercial and Industrial Buildable Lands Inventory Within the Jurisdictions of <br />the City of Springfield, City of Eugene, Metro Plan Boundary, and Unincorporated <br />Rural Lane County costs less than $60,000, the funds provided by the Cities, the <br />County, and Metro shall be reduced pro rata in accordance with the maximum <br />amount of funding to be provided as set forth in paragraphs 3.1 through 3.4, <br />inclusive. <br /> <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />
