Designate Tax Lot 200 for Development. <br />Designate remainder of site for Protection. <br /> <br />City Council Decision: Designate entire site for protection, except for east-west <br />Utility Corridor through lot 1704363300202. <br /> <br />Notes: Main part of site is unique in its location along the <br />Amazon and its proximity to Westmoreland School, as <br />well as in the level of waterfowl use of the site in an <br />otherwise residentially developed area.
