The net change based on these calculations would be an overall decrease of buildable industrial land by 54.8 acres. This represents a reduction in the overall supply of industrial land of 1.5%, leaving 3,549.5 acres of industrial land unaffected by these refinement plan amendments. This represents a supply that is 2,377.5 acres more than the maximum projected twenty-year demand for 1,172 acres. Although the industrial land inventory is broken down into different types of industrial land, the demand projection analysis does not break down industrial land into smaller categories.
