<br />Section 2. The Eugene City Recorder, with the concurrence of the City Attorney and County <br />Counsel, is authorized to administratively renumber any provisions of the West Eugene Wetland <br />Plan (Plan) at the time the provisions adopted herein are incorporated into the Plan, and to correct <br />any cross-references necessitated by the renumbering. <br /> <br />Section 3. Although not part of this Ordinance, the findings in attached Exhibits Band C <br />are adopted in support of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 4. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Eugene Charter of 1976, amendments to <br />the West Eugene Wetlands Plan adopted by Exhibit A to this Ordinance shall not become effective <br />until identical provisions are adopted by the Lane County Board of Commissioners. <br /> <br />Section 5.
