<br />ORDINANCE NO. 20204 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING COLLECTION OF YARD <br />DEBRIS AND AMENDING SECTION 3.270 OF THE EUGENE <br />CODE, 1971. <br /> <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Subsection (e) of Section 3.270 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to provide: <br /> <br />3.270 Solid Waste and Recycling - Licensee Responsibility. In addition to the requirements <br />of section 3.041, each licensee shall: <br /> <br />(e) Provide bi-weekly curbside collection of yard debris to residential <br />customers consistent with the standards, exemptions, schedule and rates established <br />by administrative rule of the city manager. The initial collection rate for yard debris <br />shall be no greater than $3.50 per month and shall not exceed $3.50 per month until <br />January 2003. <br /> <br />Section 2.
