<br />ORDINANCE NO. 20209 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING VIDEO DISPLAY GAMBLING <br />DEVICE TAX AND REPEALING SECTIONS 3.700, 3.702, 3.704, <br />3.706,3.708,3.710,3.712,3.714,3.716,3.718, AND 3.720 OF THE <br />EUGENE CODE, 1971. <br /> <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The caption preceding Section 3.700, and Sections 3.700, 3.702, 3.704, 3.706, <br /> <br />3.708,3.710,3.712,3.714,3.716,3.718, and 3.720 of the Eugene Code, 1971, are repealed. <br /> <br />Section 2.
