<br />The 2001 HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE TRACKING INSTRUCTIONS, prepared by the <br />Toxics Board, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, are hereby adopted by the Council <br />for reports due April 1 , 2002. The 2001 Hazardous Substance Tracking Instructions shall continue <br />in effect for reports due April 1, 2003, and subsequent years, unless and until the Council adopts <br />revisions to the Instructions. <br /> <br />Passed by the City Council this <br /> <br />Approved by the Mayor this <br /> <br />26th of February, 2001. <br /> <br />26th day of February, 2001. <br /> <br />:!:tItk/ i.
