The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated April 30, 1996, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective April 2, 1996: Tax Lot 2201, Assessor's Map 17-04-243 4, located in the south River Road area of North Eugene, west of River Road, north of Knoop Lane, and east of Mayfair, as more particularly described on Exhibit C attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Bires, EC ED 96-23). That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and the River Road Parks & Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. D. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated July 1, 1996, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective June 4, 1996: Tax Lot 7802, Assessor's Map 17-04-242 1, located in the River Road area of north Eugene, east of River Road, north of Hillcrest Avenue, and south of Loretta Way, as more particularly described on Exhibit D attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Cozy Homes, EC ED 96- 41). That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and the River Road Parks & Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. E. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated August 7, 1996, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective July 19, 1996: Tax Lots 1000, 1100, and 1200, Assessor's Map 17-04-14 1 4, located in the River Road area of north Eugene, west of River Road, north of Kourt Lane, and south of Beltline Road, as more particularly described on Exhibit E attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Knott, et aI, EC ED 96-44). That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and the River Road Parks & Recreation District.
