Beginning Working Capital Interfund Transfer BWC This transaction increases revenue by adjusting budgeted Beginning Working Capital to audited Beginning Working Capital and increases Non- Departmental appropriation in Reserve for the Solid Waste and Recycling Subfund. Beginning Working Capital Reserve BWC This transaction increases revenue by adjusting budgeted Beginning Working Capital to audited Beginning Working Capital and increases Non- Departmental appropriation in Reserve for the Construction Permits Subfund. Beginning Working Capital Reserve BWC This transaction increases revenue by adjusting budgeted Beginning Working Capital to audited Beginning Working Capital and increases Non- Departmental appropriation in Interfund Transfer to the General and Road Capital Projects Fund, Contingency, Unappropriated Ending Fund Balance, and Reserve. Note: Reserve is a net amount - - $600,000 to Reserve for FY98 Capital, of which $453,491 is a transfer from Reserve for Encumbrance and $146,509 is from Marginal Beginning Working Capital.
