<br />RESOLUTION NO. ~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER <br />PROPOSED WITHDRAWAL OF TERRITORIES (LARSON, EC EU 96-63; <br />BARNETT TRUST, EC EU 96-67; WOMEN AT THE CONSTRUCTION <br />HELM, EC EU 96-66; AND ANGIER, EC EU 97-02) FROM THE RIVER <br />ROAD WATER DISTRICT AND RIVER ROAD PARK AND RECREATION <br />DISTRICT; PROPOSED WITHDRAWAL OF TERRITORIES (ATKINS, C <br />EU 96-46; SPECIALIZED HOUSING, C EU 96-47; JOHNSON, C EU 96-48; <br />GOEKEN C EU 96-49; GROVE, C EU 96-50; ZARZYCKI, C EU 96-55; <br />LITTEN, C EU 96-56; TAITNINYARD, C EU 96-58; AND SHAPITKA, C <br />EU 96-62) FROM THE SANTA CLARA WATER DISTRICT; PROPOSED <br />WITHDRAWAL OF TERRITORIES (PAPE, ET AL, EC EU 96-61; AND <br />WILDISH, C EU 96-64) FROM THE GLENWOOD WATER DISTRICT AND <br />WILLAMALANE PARK AND RECREATION DISTRICT; AND PROPOSED <br />WITHDRAWAL OF TERRITORY (STEVENS, EC EU 96-59) FROM THE <br />WILLAMALANE PARK AND RECREATION DISTRICT. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />A. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated <br />December 4, 1996, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following <br />described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective December 2, 1996: <br /> <br />Tax Lots 2300 and 2301, Assessor's Map 17-04-25 22, located in <br />the River Road area of north Eugene, west of Mayfair Lane, north <br />of Hansen Lane, and more particularly described on Exhibit A <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Larson, EC <br />ED 96-63). <br /> <br />That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and the River <br />Road Parks & Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn <br />from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts <br />so withdrawn. <br /> <br />B. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated <br />December 5, 1996, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following <br />described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective December 2, 1996: <br /> <br />Tax Lots 2002 and 2003, Assessor's Map 17-04-23 4 2, located in <br />the River Road area of north Eugene, west of River Road, south of <br />Elkay Drive, east of Glory Drive, and more particularly described <br />on Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />(Barnett Trust, EC ED 96-67). <br /> <br />Resolution - 1 <br />
