<br />Section 3. The City Council proposes that the territories bounded by the lines running as
<br />follows, which have heretofore been annexed to the City of Eugene, shall be withdrawn from the
<br />Glenwood Water District and Willamalane Park & Recreation District:

<br />Glenwood area north of 1-5, east of Henderson Avenue, south of
<br />22nd Street, and more particularly described on Exhibit N attached

<br />lots 200, 400 and 500, Assessor's map 18 03 03 4 0, located east
<br />of Henderson A venue and west of Franklin Boulevard, and more

<br />Section 4. The City Council proposes that the territory bounded by the lines running as
<br />follows, which has heretofore been annexed to the City of Eugene, shall be withdrawn from the
<br />Willamalane Park & Recreation District:

<br />Tax lot 105, Assessor's Map 18-03-03 0 0, located east of the
<br />Laurel Hill area of Eugene, south and west of 1-5, south of
<br />Henderson, and more particularly described on Exhibit P attached
<br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Stevens, EC ED 96-
<br />59).

<br />Section 5. Monday, February 24, 1997, at 7:30 p.m., Pacific Time, in the Council
<br />Chambers, City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, is hereby fixed as the date, time and place for hearing
<br />objections to the withdrawals. The City Manager shall cause a Notice of the date, time and place
<br />and purpose of the hearing, a copy of which is attached as Exhib~t Q hereto, to be published in
<br />the Register Guard once each week for two consecutive weeks prior to the hearing and to be
<br />posted in four public places in the City for a like period of time.
