<br />Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the City of Eugene the amended Agreement, which <br /> <br />incorporates all prior amendments thereto, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit A hereto and <br /> <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
